Where does L∞NK deliver?
Our initial store is focused on delivery within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are generally estimated at 3–7 business days after processing, although courier or supplier delays can occasionally affect this.
Why might my parcel come from a fulfilment partner?
L∞NK uses approved third-party fulfilment partners for selected products. This means some products can be dispatched directly from the partner holding the stock.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking information will be supplied when it is available for the shipment.
Can I return an item?
Yes, subject to the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer law. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back because return destinations can differ by fulfilment partner.
Are the products stocked by L∞NK?
Some products may be held and dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners rather than at a L∞NK-operated warehouse.
